Terms & Conditions for Digital Products, Workshops & 1:1 Coaching

2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of digital products (bundles, workshops, PDFs etc.) and bookings of 1:1 coaching made via the The Velvet Focus website or linked sales platforms.

3. Contract Formation

By placing an order, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the provider and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros. If applicable, prices are displayed under the small business exemption and do not include VAT. Payment must be made in full prior to receiving access to any digital product or coaching service.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

After successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased product via download link or email. Delivery is strictly digital - no physical products will be shipped.

6. No Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing a digital product, you expressly agree to waive your right of withdrawal once the content has been made available to you (according to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16).

For coaching services: Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows are non-refundable.

7. Copyright & Usage

All content is protected by copyright. Products are intended for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, reproduction, or public sharing - even in part - is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer

These products and services are for mental and energetic support only and do not replace professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

9. Data Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Only the necessary information for processing your order is collected and stored.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding the UN Sales Convention. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Linz, Austria, if legally permissible.
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force.
