When you book a 1:1 coaching or purchase a digital product, we collect personal information to provide you with the service and maintain communication.

• contact you for coaching purposes (e.g. via WhatsApp),

• provide information regarding your start date, process, and content,

• issue invoices and maintain legally required documentation (in accordance with § 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code).

Additionally, I may send you a personalized video or other coaching-related content via WhatsApp as part of the coaching process or after your purchase, provided you have voluntarily submitted your phone number. Providing your phone number is required if you book coaching formats that involve communication via WhatsApp.

This communication will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and will not be used for advertising or promotional purposes.
